Suddenly in the midst of a Summer Festival--

There's a distinct sound of waves, and bustling of people nearby.

In the coastal city of Turnbloom the sun is bright and warm, and the scent of the sea wafts through with the cool gentle breeze that makes the glittering pinwheels spin, and the leaves on the palm tree dance.

Today the streets are extra decorated with these cute, colorful and floral shaped pinwheels. It seemed the people who were out in the streets were dressed in colorful summer attire--either casual, or the more traditional yukata. It seemed like with the booths were set out for both food and games for festival of some kind that was currently underway.

Just how did you get here, and why? A mystery, and it seemed the people in the streets didn't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary as they go about enjoying their time out on this bright sunny day.

[Sneasler rumbles happily. Was that so hard!?!?!]

But you realize there are some buildings where Pokemon are not allowed outside of Pokeballs, in the modern day, correct? What exactly is your plan for such buildings, Lady Sneasler?

[Sneasler makes a dismissive noise. This is a, "I don't see why the rules should have to apply to me when it's a stupid rule," noise.]

We can play it by ear, just like we would back in Unova. Surely if we explain it, people will allow it.

[derailer]

[He sighs, pulling away from Sneasler enough to pat Emmet on the shoulder in gratitude.]

—Thank you, Emmet. Please be patient with me a bit longer, until our situation is settled. Overall, I am very grateful for the relative mercy of the current situation. It is a blessing that I remember too many logistics to relax!

Yup. This is the Ingo we all know and love. So it is okay.

[derailer]

Don't say that after I describe myself in an unflattering light.

[But he says it very light-heartedly. The retort is purely performative, and the banter cheers him up more than anything.]

Let us find somewhere with patio seating to eat.

Alright. All aboard! Next stop — proper seating!

[ He points ahead at . . . nothing in particular, giving Ingo a grin. ]

[Ingo mimics the gesture, but points specifically to the stairs up into the city proper, away from the beach.]

Lady Sneasler, make sure to observe proper transit etiquette, and do not disturb any fellow passengers. All aboard!!

[He proceeds up the stairs.]

Make sure no one bothers Ingo, Lady Sneasler.

[ Is he still protective? Always. Emmet proceeds up the stairs along with Ingo. ]

[Sneasler gives a feline cackle. She will follow both of these suggestions exactly to the degree that she feels like, but it's funny that they're both trying to order her around.

Ingo huffs in light embarrassment, but at least this comment is easily reflected.]

More importantly, help me make sure no one bothers Emmet.

And laugh at anyone who tries to bother you.

[She snawwrrs in assent. Yeah, yeah.

Eventually they do come across a café with a decent amount of outdoor seating.]

Hmm. Does this seem acceptable to you?

Yup.

[ He walks over to a table and pulls out a chair, sitting down. ]

This is fine.

[derailer]

Excellent!

[He grabs a menu to drop it in front of Emmet, before also sitting down.]

The cuisine does not look completely unfamiliar.
