Suddenly in the midst of a Summer Festival--

There's a distinct sound of waves, and bustling of people nearby.

In the coastal city of Turnbloom the sun is bright and warm, and the scent of the sea wafts through with the cool gentle breeze that makes the glittering pinwheels spin, and the leaves on the palm tree dance.

Today the streets are extra decorated with these cute, colorful and floral shaped pinwheels. It seemed the people who were out in the streets were dressed in colorful summer attire--either casual, or the more traditional yukata. It seemed like with the booths were set out for both food and games for festival of some kind that was currently underway.

Just how did you get here, and why? A mystery, and it seemed the people in the streets didn't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary as they go about enjoying their time out on this bright sunny day.

[So there were more instances of people turning into Pokemon? While he is interested, Ash pushes that thought aside once he catches onto Espurr's answer.]

[Y'know what? Good for Espurr! At least she's not bothered by her transformation. He places both hands over his hips as he shoots a smile at her.]

Well it's like you said, you're still you no matter how you look! What matters is what's in here after all. [And he bumps his fist onto his chest.] And I think that's good!

It's then his attention shifts to the sounds of explosions, and just up ahead, he takes notice of the fireworks in the sky.]

Ah, it looks like they're starting the show!

[Now wearing a warm smile, Ash then offers his hand towards Espurr.]

I'm Ash by the way! You wanna come and see the fireworks?

Well thank you~

Oh- Ash, [She repeats, gently taking the offer of a hand. With a beaming smile, she nods.] I'd love to~!

[Once Espurr takes his hand, Ash and his Pikachu both lead the way towards the crowd of people who are all gathered to watch the show. Colorful Pokemon-shaped fireworks brighten the night sky as the crowd clapped and cheered at the display.

Soon enough, some upbeat music begins to play, and everyone starts dancing and swaying their arms towards the sky. But because they're moving around, Ash and Pikachu were pushed aside without warning.]

Ah-!

[He was startled enough to let go of Espurr's hand before disappearing amongst the crowd.]
