Suddenly in the midst of a Summer Festival--

There's a distinct sound of waves, and bustling of people nearby.

In the coastal city of Turnbloom the sun is bright and warm, and the scent of the sea wafts through with the cool gentle breeze that makes the glittering pinwheels spin, and the leaves on the palm tree dance.

Today the streets are extra decorated with these cute, colorful and floral shaped pinwheels. It seemed the people who were out in the streets were dressed in colorful summer attire--either casual, or the more traditional yukata. It seemed like with the booths were set out for both food and games for festival of some kind that was currently underway.

Just how did you get here, and why? A mystery, and it seemed the people in the streets didn't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary as they go about enjoying their time out on this bright sunny day.

[Barry wasn't in line to test his strength. In fact he was just at a nearby booth purchasing a star shaped cotton candy to replace the one he had dropped previously. He just so happened to look up at the right time to notice Neil's feat of strength. His eyes lit up while rushing up to her.]

Whooaaa! That was so cool!

[The lad is flailing his arms around in an animated matter.]

Are you some kind of Battle Girl trainer?! You're so strong!

[Neil's actually taken aback a little by all this flailing energy but she recovers quickly enough, right back to pursing her lips in an almost-pout. It wasn't that cool! She could've done better!!]

Next time I'm getting the bell. [She signs that out and then pauses—she's had good luck so far here, but she shouldn't assume.] Do you know sign?

[To Barry's credit he seemed to be staring intently at her hand signs. Although he's crossing his arms while his brows became knitted. He hadn't come across someone who couldn't talk, nor had he ever learned how to use it.]

Oh man...sorry, but I have no clue what any of that means! But if I had to guess, you're gonna try again huh? You were really close the first time so I'm sure you'll get the bell this time!
