In midst of a Summer Festival, yet again!

In the coastal city of Turnbloom yet again, the sun is bright and warm--but of course it's not the only place. All over Ultern everyone is enjoying the summer weather. Little by little, Ulternians and long-time Drifters alike have started to put out summer decorations throughout the start of August, which replaced the ones from Tanabata (if any had been left out to begin with).

There's a distinct sound of waves, and bustling of people nearby. Followed with the cool gentle breeze that carried the salty scent of the sea. Things seem to be at peace, as usual--or is it?

After all, there were always new Drifters popping in. Maybe today there just might be some new faces wandering through looking confused. Now's the time to step up and lend a helping hand. Icharibachoude, we're all brothers, as they say in Ultern!

Or heck, just feel free to enjoy the fun festivities filled with food and music.

That is, if you can--as behind the walls of houses in Ultern that day the familiar friendly faces all wake up with a surprise no one's expecting.

"Would you just look at that?"

Alright, so, maybe Celebi wasn't that ugly... kinda cute, in this light.

"Listen, Celebi... you accidentally messed up some things when you were flying around, could you please go and tap or bump into the same folks you changed earlier, so they can maybe go back to their old selves? Or is there someone else we can ask to fix this? Do you know another Celebi, maybe one more in control of its powers?"

This Celebi did have a thousand yard stare going on so it's not hard to call it hid- adorable. Very adorable! Not creepy at all.

While chewing on cotton candy still, Celebi will stare at Buson. Chew, chew, chew. It seems to be contemplating his request before a smile formed on Celebi's face.

"Biii!" It hops up once--until it began to float into the air. Well, looks like it was in a better mood now, perhaps ready to listen to Buson's request.

This Celebi has clearly seen some things during its travels.

Buson smiled, feeling a little more relieved. Maybe this nightmare can finally come to an end...

"So, you'll help? You will fix it, right? Manzana, Anemone, Nurse Emi... an' that kid that was cryin' obver there, you'll turn 'em back? Right?"

It has seen too much like the 4th Pokemon movie-

"Bi!" It's happily raising the burned stick--only for it in an instant transform before eyes back to a regular, untouched cotton candy. It'll hold it out to Buson with a smile.

It looks like it was offering it up to him.

Oh, yeah, the Dark Ball-corrupted Celebi with the traitor who wanted to overthrow the Boss with... a giant twig monster...

He blinked in surprise at that, before reaching out, carefully, and briefly wondering if it can restore anything like that.

"... huh... thank you. Just... please help the others, okay? Like what you did just now."

Never forget the dried up Celebi 2023

It's smiling still letting out a happy chirp ib response. Yes it'll help! It does a little twirl and in a flash it vanishes from sight.

"Weird, just what was I doing...?"

If Buson looks behind him he'll see within the crowd of people a slew of confused people who have managed to revert back to their current selves.

He turns back, surprised. Clackoon was pointing a stick (but not lighting anything on fire, this time), jaw hanging open.

"... huh, you're right. I guess that'll do it..."

Buson feels relieved... and tired. He was still wondering about the extent of Celebi's powers.
