Silly white lies? No, none of that will be coming out of anyone's mouths today. Instead, anyone you meet and talk to you be shocked to realize you're incapable of lying. Staying silent may be an option--or is it? For whatever reason, it's really hard to keep your words in today.

What another, peaceful day in Ultern it is!
...what do you mean that it's not? Well, things have been mostly peaceful for a while anyway. Some chaos is always in order! (Apologies to any Domeists in our midst).

...um, anyway! I don't know anything about her Dad, neither did she aside from the fact he went missing... That's one of the reasons we bonded. We had a lot in common.

[Booster purred out in response to Lillie's greeting. He even has the happiest look on his face.]

It's alright. I hated how mother was before, too. Even if we're not the same, there are things that seem to be universal.
[Lillie nodded, only somewhat disappointed she didn't get to learn anything new about her father, even in another world.]
Did you know? I lived most of my life believing he was dead. We only found this past year that he was alive, so we set out on a journey... and... we finally found him.
[Lillie kept stroking Booster, then, tried cautiously to scratch under his ears and chin.]

Yeah, she had a lot to say to her Mom when they finally met face to face. She had a lot pent up inside...and had been so scared to even say those things before so I was happy when she could. I felt like a part of me was saved too by that.
[When Lillie began talking of her father, Elio listened. He'll nod, indicating he was all-ears to what she was saying. It's when she admitted having found her father his expression lit up.]
Really?! Where was he? What...what was he like? What did he look like? Maybe when I return I can try and find him so that Lillie and Gladion could- I mean! That's so exciting and-and,...oh...
[His excitement died down, remembering their current situation.]
...sorry I got carried away.
[He'll hide his embarrassment by ruffling up Booster's back fur. His Pokemon from all the attention continued to purr, loudly. He'll even lean towards Lillie enjoying the scratches.]

[Except it wasn't fear that held this Lillie back, so much as distance.
She was a bit surprised by Elio's eager barrage of questions, but laughed a bit awkwardly.]
It's alright! I'm sure you care very much about your world's Lillie, too...
My father had lost his memories, after an accident where he was pulled into an Ultra Hole. We believed he had died, but in truth, he was saved... by a Nihilego.
It just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, even if so many were... unkind to us.
She tried to bring him back to our world, but she didn't quite get the right region... she took him to a snowy mountain, Crown Tundra, in the Galar region, and took shelter in a cabin, where she... posed as me, based on his remaining memories of me... he lived with her as his daughter for a very, very long time.
[It's all very strange and a little unsettling, true, but that Nihilego had just wanted to help him, but had become attached...]

[Elio's gaze softened, thinking how even this Lillie had to experience something similar. He could only hope that Lusamine hadn't hurt Gladion and her, the same way she had his friends back home.
Pulling away from Booster, and smoothing out the mess of fur with his brush he listened. From the mention of a Nihilego saving her father made Elio pause. She was right--the ones they had come across had been so dangerous. Not that there weren't differences among them, but...
To have one care for her Father, while another had poisoned Lusamine and... he closed his eyes.]
So there's a chance, back in the Alola I came from...he might be out there, possibly in Galar too. I don't know if he was lucky enough to be saved by a Nihilego too but it wouldn't hurt to go look...
But, wow. I'm surprised to hear that a Nihilego took care of him this whole time. That had to have been quite the shock. What happened to her...? After your Father returned, I mean.

At first, she... really didn't want him to remember and even attacked us, but I found she'd been keeping his clothes safe... she must have known the day would come that he'd remember his past and return to his old life, but she must've gotten attached to him, over the years...
She was going to disappear, when he'd remembered everything, but I asked her to come with us, since we're both Lillie to father.

[There's a small frown from Elio. It doesn't last when Lillie mentioned about the Nihilego's fate. It's then replaced with a small smile.]
...you know, I'm glad that you found your father, and that Nihilego--Lillie? That she was discovered by you and your family too. It's a lot like that saying in Alola right? Manalo and Alola...let's live together and share.

Right! We're all family, after all!
Maybe... no, definitely... if we'd found them earlier, I don't think I would've accepted her.
[Just thinking about it, she felt a bit sad.] I'd have let her leave. Or been too scared to call her back... maybe even grateful she left on her own...
[Thankfully, she met Ash, Pikachu, Snowy, and even Type: Null before that and overcame so many obstacles!]
So, we must've all met when we did for a reason!

[Elio lowered his gaze, thinking about Nihilego. He could still remember the terror that had been Nihilego and Lusamine. He shook his head, not wanting to dwell on that thought.]
It does sound like you met at the right time. A fateful encounter if you will!
[He's smiling at that.]
...I have a Nihilego too, but I caught her because I was asked to help find the Ultra Beasts that were all over Alola. Honestly, when I ended up in Ultern I was convinced I was in another world that existed within the Ultra Space.
