A Trainer Just Wanna Have Fun!

[Wherever you are, your Phone of some kind is going off. On the other end? It's this guy!]

Hey there! Ulsai! What's up? What cha doing? I'm bored, tell me things!

B. ENCOUNTER!
[At Any Route a near by tall grass or bush will wiggle before he jumps straight out with his arms spread out.]

Aha! Our eyes met! Ya know what that means, right?!

[From the playful gleam in his eyes it's clear he was simply just kidding around.]

[ooc: feel free to casually use any name on this kiddo--he'll just pretend it's his name and won't correct anyone at all.]

"I like the market! And the beach!" Evie exclaims. "The sand is so pretty!"

"The market? Huh, there's a lot of people and food there." He's nodding in understanding. "A great place to see your pals, and make some new ones. Right?"

He will look thoughtful at the mention of the beach.

"Huh, I haven't thought about going to the beach yet! Is there anything else you like 'bout it?"

"Yeah!" Evie beams. "I like to help people there! I help the vendors set up and I bring people to them who want to buy things!"

She thinks. "The water is fun to play in! And there's usually people there!" She hates to be alone.

"Wow! You're such a hardworker, Evie." He continued to humor her--that and it was much easier talk to a Pokemon who were rather straightforward with their feelings.

"Oh, that's cool! I bet there's a buncha water and flying types around there too, right?"

"I guess so ... but it's not work to me! It's fun! I love to help!"

She nods happily. "Yeah! Sometimes they let me ride them!"

"Then, that's great!" He moved his hands to clap them. "I bet they're happy to have a cute lil' helper like you too."

He stopped while thinking about the types of water types he was familiar with. Immediately Magikarp came to mind. He shook his head. No, no there was more than just Magikarp...!

"Must be nice getting to ride on a bunch of Pokemon! I bet they can take you far and wide through the sea and the skies, huh?"

"They say I'm really good at it!" Evie says.

"They do! It's so amazing to go up so high and look down at everyone, or go so far on the water that there's just water everywhere! ... It's kind of scary too. But I know I'll be okay! And I always am!"

"Oh yeah? That's great, Evie!" He can't help but laugh. Her enthusiasm was endearing.

"Man, I haven't ridden on a Pokemon in a while. I should do that next time I'm by the beach! It sounds real nice--especially with the breeze here."

Evie looks happy and proud. It's so nice to be needed by good people after years of Team Rocket's mistreatment.

"Yeah, you should ask them! They'll take you!" she says.

"Ya think?" He grinned. Maybe he could try befriending some wild Pokemon while he was stuck here. That didn't sound like a bad idea to this kid. "Maybe I can try and make some new Pokemon friends. I bet Taro would love ta make some too!"

He dig into his pocket to pull out his Chikorita's Pokeball to show Evie.

"This here is Taro! He's a Chikorita."

"Yeah, you should!"

Evie gets more excited at the Pokeball. "Hi, Taro! I'm Evie!"

Taro's ball will wiggle in response. There's a laugh from his trainer.

"Looks like Taro likes you!"

Evie is very happy. "Can he come out to play?!"

"Yeah, sure!"

He'll call Taro out from his Pokeball. His Chikorita looked around curiously before spotting Evie.

"Chiko!" He'll greet Evie followed by a smile.

"Hi!" Evie beams. "Do you want to play?"

"Chi?" Taro tilted his head before glancing to give his trainer a questioning look. He'll laugh and give an encouraging smile to Taro.

"S'cool Taro. You make yourself a new friend! I ain't going anywhere without ya."

"Chiko!" Taro bounced up before turning his attention back to Evie. It looked like he was ready to join her to play.

Evie bounces up and down happily. "Yay! Let's play Tag!" She starts to run.

Taro stopped before sending a worried look over to his trainer whom noticed and grinned wide.

"Don't worry Taro, I ain't going anywhere without ya." He'll wink. "We're partners, through and through remember?"

"Chiko!" Taro beamed. He'll then look away and start to chase after Evie. "Chikooo!" I'm coming to get ya! he'll say to her, in an obviously playful manner.

"Yay!" Evie runs ahead, but is careful not to go far. She turns, running in another direction.

"Whoa, she's fast! Can you keep up Taro?" He teasing his Chikorita from a distance. All the while he'll start to walk along not wanting Taro to worry about him being out of sight.

Taro seeing Evie change course will scramble after Evie. There's a smile as he calls after her.

"I'm right behind you!"

"Yeah! Come on!" Evie skips and scampers about in joy.

"Show 'er what ya go, Taro!" He'll cheer for his Chikorita from the side lines, and turned to Evie. "Don't let 'im catch ya, Evie!"

Of course he'll cheer for Evie too! It wouldn't be fair if only Taro had a cheer squad of [1]. Taro hearing the cheer will preen, before dashing up to Evie. Here he comes!

Evie is very happy for cheering! She bounds at her fastest over the grass. But she doesn't want to not ever get caught, so she hopes Taro will catch up sooner or later!

"You almost got 'er, Taro! Don't give up!" Chris continued to cheer. "Oh, Evie watch out he's getting in close!"

"Chiko!" Taro's dashing before getting up close to Evie. He will stop once he's within reach--only to playfully tap her with his leaf.

"Yay! You got me! Now you're It!" Evie beams.
