Nope, Volo was afraid of the wind turbines when he first saw them...and then shocked to hear that they're a sort of modern equivalent of windmills (he still doesn't understand where the 'mill' part has gone). He does love the radio, though. Not all of the music, but he likes to hear people talk about Pokémon, and life in general.

Volo nods slowly as he listens, with a look of intense concentration on his face.

"So...movies are long, and on a big screen." He holds out his arms wide to demonstrate, though it's not clear who he's demonstrating to. Himself, probably. Then he brings his hands in closer. "Videos are short, and on a small screen, like the ones that people carry in their bags or pockets. Am I to assume that...a serial, and therefore a television, are somewhere in the middle? I'm still trying to wrap my mind around all the different types of screens, you see, and what they're for. There are a great many of them..."
