There's a lone Parasol Lady walking down the nightly path--her parasol in one hand, and her phone in another. She's clearly panicked and will immediately stop anyone who's nearby.]

Did you see just now!? Up in the sky?! I saw it! I really did!

[In fact, if one were to go online that night many people of Ultern seemed to be buzzed with something up in the sky--]

[Attached is a blurry photo of something flying in the sky. A blue fish? It was hard to tell, really.]

Did you not see? There was something big in the sky--a fish? It looked like a flying fish!

[Lillie hadn't seen anything! She was busy writing. She looked up at the sky, trying to find some trace of it. Maybe she should contact Ash! She went from looking confused to very serious.]

In real life, Red takes a look up at the sky, not seeing much through the layer of trees around him. If the mystery Pokemon is up there, then maybe he can find it. He brings out his Fearow, Rowina, and takes to the skies on her back, looking around in the dark night sky above the Shrouded Woods.

It did look blue and like a fish? But it didn't scream Gyarados to me⁉️🤔

Funny, I just thought Pippi was just over capacity again, but then, I noticed there weren't any Flying types carrying it.
I hadn't seen it myself, but if it's NOT a Wailord... Gyarados sounds more likely. It could even be an undiscovered species.
Where did you see it?

[There's probably a bunch of trainers after it already, but he'd like to seek it too. Is there a location attached?]

it probably does have a fail Wailord, if you're lucky you see an image of shiny Failord
