"Oh...ah," Manzana noted Attila's confusion to his apology. "It means 'I'm sorry' in Paldean."
Upon hearing Attila's own apology, he lightly shook his head. He hadn't minded, even if the grip had hurt a little. Tensions had ran high between them, after all.
"Thank you, for your concern. I appreciate it, I do." It wasn't often that someone apologized after hurting him. Intentionally or not--at least before landing into Ultern. At the mention of being a "Rocket" and getting in trouble with "kids", there's a sad smile on Manzana's face.
"I...understand that too. Before Ultern, I was in Kalos. There, I was with...Team Flare." He didn't need to explain further, right? "--I doubt any of them would memorize my name, but that's fine. All that mattered is how we looked. Why I was chosen."
He shook his head, not wanting to think about them. Or how much trouble those kids who stood up against them went through.
"...I doubt that you could find me, but thank you. I appreciate your sentiments, regardless." He's quiet thinking on Attila's question. Instead, he found himself having questions right back at Attila: "Have they fed you, when you were hungry asking for nothing in return? Did they never point out your strange accent, or behavior, accepting you as you are?"
That is true but gosh they are so much-
