Drifting In!
Stardust Beach
[Sometime during early morning, just after sunrise, a small Pokemon drifts up onto the starry sands on the edge of Turnbloom City. The Froakie appears to have been tossed about in the waves or battered by some other assailant - it's not exactly clear - but either way he isn't in the best shape.
Given a little time, the frog Pokemon's large eyes start to flutter open and he groans weakly as he attempts to focus on this strange new place. Why does the sand look like stars? How did he end up facing such a vast human city? It's not exactly clear, but the Froakie knows that he can't stay here and so pushes himself up onto his little froggy feet and hobbles across the sand looking for somewhere safe to hide.
If you pass the beach early in the morning you might see a small blue form travelling across the starry sands. About midday you might spot him taking shelter under the shade of a parasol, looking a bit lost (and hey, was that a raincloud rolling in from off shore?). And when the beach becomes too busy, Froakie will head further into the city, perhaps wedging himself into a small hole at the foot of a building in an attempt to hide, or poking his head out from beneath a market stall, observing the various people and Pokemon that pass by and listening to their conversations.
Either way, the Froakie's priority is to rest and recover... and after that, who knows?]
