The other man, also James, is a little bit on the taller side and sort of lean. He wears a standard issue Rocket uniform (sort of wet) and a nasty scowl (sort of intimidating.) He watches with… not quite revulsion but at least a fair deal of unexpected and discontent surprise as the other James just willfully dunks his face into the seawater.
